EPG personnel played a pivotal role in the early strategic planning of the venue management for the Games. The event attracted a record 13,000 athletes and officials, with EPG serving as Venue Managers for selected venues for the games.  

All venues required extensive Operations planning & Project Management of Overlay & Infrastructure, as well as Security & Safety planning. This was particularly crucial for events held on the Doha Corniche, where the venue, typically a public space outside the event period, had to be transformed and reinstated with minimal impact on the city.
