Twelve competition venues were used across the City of Greater Bendigo, with La Trobe University Bendigo Campus converted into the Games Village.

EPG initially planned the Overlay & Infrastructure needs for the venues and managed the procurement of all overlay and temporary structures for the Organising Committee. Through efficient procurement management and leveraging relationships with preferred suppliers, EPG achieved significant cost savings while staying within budget.

EPG led a team of local government employees and volunteers to install overlays such as marquees, temporary grandstands, wayfinding, and field of play signage at the venues. They also planned and executed the setup of furniture, fixtures, and fittings at the Games Village, consolidating university resources and integrating additional resources from suppliers and Value-In-Kind sponsors to expand accommodation capacity.
