EPG provided Event Management services to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 Organising Committee for three competition venues and delivered Overlay & Infrastructure services to the Official Event Merchandiser. 

Integration between event organizers and the venues was crucial for event success. As Venue Manager, EPG represented the Cricket World Cup Organising Committee at each venue, overseeing Venue Use Agreements, coordinating match day operations, and ensuring venues met their host responsibilities. 

EPG led a cross-functional team, working closely with the venue Site Manager, design teams, local authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure the agreed Overlay & Infrastructure was installed and match operations followed the Event Operational Plan. 

In supporting the Official Event Merchandiser, EPG managed Overlay & Infrastructure and Logistics across eight countries and all eight competition venues. Operating logistics centres and freight forwarding across multiple venues and countries created a dynamic logistics environment.
