The 2015 World Cup involved twenty rugby nations competing across thirteen match venues in England and Wales.  In early 2014 EPG was appointed by the Local Organising Committee to provide key strategic, operational, and temporary overlay infrastructure consultancy services for the project. 

Key services provided included: 

• Strategic advice for the venue management framework 

• Review and validation of operational plans for key match venues 

• Assessment and validation of the temporary overlay scope and budget, resulting in significant cost savings through scope reduction 

• Review of the project management framework 

• Provision of three full-time seconded staff for the event delivery period
