EPG personnel handled a wide range of service deliverables within both the Athlete Village program and the Venues Directorate, focusing on Event Overlay & Infrastructure design and implementation, Village Operations, Catering, and Event Operations, while also holding Venue Management and Precinct Management roles. 

EPG personnel played a key role in the operational design of venues within the Sport City precinct for the event. This involvement led to EPG personnel serving as the Precinct Venue Manager for the Manchester Velodrome (Cycling), Manchester Regional Arena (Athletics warm-up & Table Tennis Competition venue), and the National Squash Centre.
