EPG developed and submitted the Concept of Operations document to support the logistics program for the event’s public domain areas. This document served as the foundational strategy for building the operational framework.  

EPG also played a key role in Village Operations and the Event Catering program when engaged by Delaware North Australia (DNA) as the Official Athletes Village Caterer. With over 800,000 meals served during the Games, DNA contracted EPG to manage, plan, and implement all logistics operations supporting their activities at the Athletes Village, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC), and Docklands Stadium. DNA received multiple industry awards for their service delivery, crediting EPG’s support and professionalism as a major factor in their success.
