The Sydney 2000 Olympic Games remains a benchmark for host cities and event organizers in staging major sporting events. Over 10,500 athletes competed in 28 sports.

EPG personnel played a key role in Athlete Village operations at both the Olympic Village and the Media Village. Their responsibilities included planning and managing the move-in, Paralympic transition, and move-out phases, along with event workforce planning, recruitment, and logistics coordination for the Villages. 

Additionally, EPG assisted in designing and planning the operations of hospitality venues in the Media Village, serving over 6,000 guests and also held key positions as Venue Operations Managers and Overlay Managers throughout the Sydney 2000 Games.
