EPG provided Logistics, Technology, and Overlay & Infrastructure Project Management expertise to the event organizers.  

EPG seamlessly integrated into the event team during the Operational Planning phase, managing procurement, budget activity, and ensuring venue readiness. 

Overlay & Infrastructure services included FF&E fit-out, wayfinding signage, field of play signage, temporary structures, and doping control facilities setup.  

Technology services encompassed technical support, site radio communications, rate card facilities, and operating the Venue Communications Centre (VCC). EPG integrated venue technologies for media, broadcast, and FOP, ensuring seamless communication for global audiences.
