In February 2010, more than five thousand (5000) athletes and officials took part in the XXI Olympic Winter Games in the city of Vancouver and resort town of Whistler.

EPG personnel provided initial consultancy for the Catering program at both the Vancouver and Whistler Athlete Villages. They played a key role in the planning of Food & Beverage services for the Athletes Villages, leading to the development of the Scope of Works document and the appointment of the Food & Beverage Services Provider 

The team were also involved in delivering the Venue Management and Event Operations for the Speed Skating and Figure Skating competition and training venues. Additionally, EPG personnel served as Venue General Manager at the Short Track Speed Skating and Figure Skating venues, including the Pacific Coliseum Competition venue and Trout Lake and Killarney training venues.
