EPG was contracted to conduct a Facility Readiness & Risk Assessment for two major venues—Adelaide Oval and Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG)—as part of their redevelopment for the 2013/14 Ashes Tour Matches. The goal was to identify, report, and mitigate any risks related to the infrastructure, ensuring Cricket Australia’s operations were not compromised.
