As Brazil prepared to host the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics, the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup became a key event to showcase the country’s readiness. The tournament, featuring teams from six FIFA Confederations along with the World Cup holder and host nation, was held across six cities and attracted over 800,000 spectators. 

EPG supported its local partner in managing Catering & Hospitality spaces throughout the 16-day event. EPG oversaw catering operations at Arena Pernambuco in Recife and Estádio do Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro, where Brazil triumphed 3-0 over Spain in the final. 

EPG focused on ensuring top-quality hospitality services for VIP areas, managing the hospitality workforce, coordinating supplier deliveries, and handling guest arrivals.
