The IOC appointed EPG to provide consultancy services to its internal operations, venues, and infrastructure departments. 

EPG was engaged to deliver specific projects for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games, including the Sapporo Marathon & Race Walks Review and the Event Management Development Program (EMDP). 

Nine months before the originally scheduled games, the marathon and race walk events were relocated from Tokyo to Sapporo. EPG supported an assessment of the cost impacts and operational implications of moving the events to another city. Our findings were used to inform IOC leadership discussions and validate decisions with their Japanese stakeholders.
